Northwest Christian University offers counseling services to the Eugene Mission

The Eugene Mission says many who are homeless suffer from mental health conditions. To help tackle the problem, the Mission brought in two in-house counselors.

Jennifer Wells and Alysha Green are actually graduate students at Northwest Christian University. Since October, they’ve been interning at the Eugene Mission. While they earn credits, they also help women in need. This is the first partnership of its kind for both parties and it’s truly a win-win for all.
